Uma Shankar Tripathi, popularly known as "Bandhu Ji" is the Chairperson of GRAVIS. Bandhu Ji , an ideal Gandhian, is an institution in himself in the field of development, especially education. Bal Niketan, a model school in Jodhpur was set up by Bandhu Ji to extend all-inclusive education to the generations of children. He has been a great motivation to GRAVIS and has been playing a key role in molding GRAVIS' philosophy and future path.
Dr. R.P. Dhir, a retired scientist and the former Director of Central Arid Zone Research Institute, is the Vice-chairperson of GRAVIS. Under his leadership and guidance GRAVIS runs not only as a development organization but also as an institution implementing technical expertise and innovations toward natural resource management and rain water harvesting.
Shashi Tyagi, is the co-founder of GRAVIS. She is a devoted and noted women activist in India, and is the member of the governing boards and committees of many development organizations. At present, she is the administrative head of GRAVIS as the Secretary. With her immense field experience, particularly of working among women for their upliftment, she endows GRAVIS with valuable suggestions and guidance.
Dr. Prakash Tyagi, the Director of GRAVIS, is a medical doctor and public health professional by education. At GRAVIS, he performs the role of the administering the organization, coordinating various programs, developing new projects and fostering new partnerships. He his with GRAVIS since last 9 years.
Dr. Vasundhara is a medical doctor by profession. With firm determination to improve the health care facilities of the region, Vasundhara works at the GRAVIS hospital in Tinwari. Her basic responsibilities are treating women and children at the GRAVIS hospital, and organizing training and awareness generation programs.
Roshan Lal Kukreti, a social worker in the truest sense of the term, has dedicated his life to GRAVIS for the past 25 years. With his keen understanding of the needs in the fields, and great rapport with the community members, he has been a tremendous asset to the team. Holding a Master's degree and a number of years of field experience, he is also leading the "empowering the elderly" initiatives by GRAVIS.
Rajendra Kumar, a program coordinator at GRAVIS, has been associated with GRAVIS since 1987. He plays an integral role in project planning, coordination, decision-making, and program implementation. He has participated in various seminars, conferences, and training programs across the country and internationally, on behalf of GRAVIS.
Ramavtar Singh - He heads GRAVIS' finance team. He has been associated with GRAVIS since 1989.
Ramikbal Singh - Popularly known as Guru Ji, Ramikbal Ji is based in the field and leads a number of projects for GRAVIS. He is greatly respected by the community and all GRAVIS staff members. He has been with GRAVIS since last 15 years.
